🧄🧀 Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: flour tortillas or wraps, fresh parsley, extra cheese for topping
Instructions:
Sauté the Garlic:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Mix Chicken and Seasoning:
Add shredded chicken to the skillet along with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well to coat and warm through—about 3–4 minutes.
Make It Cheesy:
Turn off heat and stir in cream cheese and mozzarella until melted and creamy. Mix until fully combined.
Assemble Wraps:
Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into warm tortillas or wraps. Roll them up burrito-style or fold them flat like quesadillas.
Optional Toasting (Recommended!):
For extra flavor and crunch, toast the wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serve:
Slice and serve with your favorite dipping sauce (like ranch, garlic aioli, or hot sauce).
Variations:
Add cooked spinach, caramelized onions, or roasted red peppers for extra depth.
Use shredded cheddar or pepper jack for a spicy kick.
