Cheesy Garlic Bombs Bliss Bites

Ingredients:
• 500g pizza dough
• 200g mozzarella, cut into cubes
• 50g butter
• 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 50g grated parmesan
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
• Preheat your oven to 200°C. Divide the pizza dough into small portions (about 25g each) and roll into smooth balls.
• Flatten each dough ball into a small disc. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and fold the dough around it, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
• Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and let it cook for 2-3 minutes to infuse the butter. Remove from heat, stir in the parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
• Arrange the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Generously brush each with garlic butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
• Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up. The cheese inside should be perfectly melted.
• Allow the garlic bombs to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them on their own or dip into fresh tomato sauce or pesto for extra flavor.
