Cook the garlic chicken:
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add diced chicken, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through and well coated. Stir in cream cheese or mayo if using. Remove from heat. -
Assemble the wraps:
Lay tortillas flat. Sprinkle a layer of cheese, add a generous scoop of garlic chicken, then top with a bit more cheese. -
Wrap & grill:
Fold the tortillas into wraps (or roll burrito-style). Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter. Cook wraps for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy and the cheese is melted. -
Serve:
Slice in half and serve hot. Garnish with parsley or green onions if you like.
