Cheesy Chicken Fritters
These crispy, cheesy, and savory fritters are a delightful treat, perfect as a snack or a main dish. Packed with flavor, they’re sure to please everyone at the table!
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Directions:
Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Mix everything together until well combined.
Form the Fritters: Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and form small patties with your hands. Repeat until all the mixture is used up.
Cook the Fritters: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the fritters into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
