Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Tortellini

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen
1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups broccoli florets
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions:
Cook Tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Chicken: Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Sauté Broccoli and Garlic: In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Prepare Cream Sauce: Lower the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Add mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until the cheeses have melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked tortellini and chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat everything evenly in the sauce. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the tortellini is heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve hot!
