🧀🥦 Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Shells
Creamy chicken, tender broccoli, and gooey cheese all stuffed into jumbo pasta shells and baked in a rich Alfredo sauce. This dish is perfect for a family dinner or any time you need a warm, satisfying meal.
Ingredients (Serves 6)
24 jumbo pasta shells
1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce, divided
1½ cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup steamed broccoli, chopped
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella for a milder taste)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
1. Cook Pasta Shells
Boil jumbo pasta shells in salted water according to package directions until al dente.
Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.
2. Prepare Filling
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, 1 cup Alfredo sauce, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Stuff the Shells
Carefully fill each pasta shell with the chicken and broccoli mixture using a spoon.
4. Assemble and Bake
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread a thin layer of remaining Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Arrange stuffed shells in the dish.
Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the shells.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if using.
5. Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
