Cheesy Baked Goulash

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Beef:
In a skillet, cook ground beef with onions and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Make the Sauce:
Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Combine and Layer:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the cooked pasta with the meat sauce. Pour into a greased baking dish.
Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake:
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
