Ingredients
-
1 lb large fresh strawberries
-
8 oz cream cheese, softened
-
¼ cup powdered sugar
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk (optional, for smoother texture)
Optional Toppings:
-
Graham cracker crumbs
-
Mini chocolate chips
-
Drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce
-
Fresh mint leaves
Directions
1️⃣ Prep the Strawberries
Wash and dry strawberries well. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise. Using a small spoon or melon baller, gently scoop out a small hollow in the center of each half.
2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy and fluffy. Mix in heavy cream or milk if needed for a softer, pipeable consistency.
3️⃣ Fill the Strawberries
Transfer cheesecake filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped. Pipe filling generously into each strawberry half.
4️⃣ Add Toppings (Optional)
Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, mini chocolate chips, or drizzle with chocolate or caramel for extra flair.
