🍫 CARAMEL PEANUT RITZ CRACKER TREATS
🧾 Ingredients:
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30–32 crackers)
½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup salted peanuts, chopped
1½ cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or coconut oil (for smooth melting)
Optional: Sea salt flakes for topping
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Make the Filling:
In a bowl, mix together caramel sauce, peanut butter, and chopped peanuts until well combined.
2. Assemble the Sandwiches:
Lay half the Ritz crackers face-down on a tray.
Spoon about 1–1½ teaspoons of the caramel-peanut mixture onto each.
Top with the remaining crackers to form little sandwiches. Gently press to spread the filling.
3. Dip in Chocolate:
Melt chocolate chips and oil together in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
Dip each sandwich halfway or fully in the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
4. Set and Serve:
Sprinkle with sea salt flakes (optional) while chocolate is still wet.
Let them set at room temp or refrigerate until the chocolate firms up.

Want a twist? Add crushed pretzels or mini marshmallows to the filling!
