Caramel Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gently fold in the caramel sauce and flour, mixing until fully incorporated.
Pour the cheesecake batter over the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
Allow the cheesecake bars to cool completely in the pan, then drizzle with extra caramel sauce before slicing into bars.
