🍽️ How to Make Cajun Shrimp & Steak Feast
1️⃣ Prep the Protein
Pat steak and shrimp dry with paper towels. Season both generously with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, black pepper, and a light pinch of salt. Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb flavor.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and juicy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
4️⃣ Build the Garlic Butter Sauce
Lower heat to medium. Add remaining butter and garlic to the pan. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant — don’t let the garlic brown.
5️⃣ Bring It All Together
Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Toss gently to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and cook for 1–2 minutes until everything is heated through.
6️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately while hot and glossy.
