Cajun Seafood Alfredo Extravaganza with Lobster, Crab, and Salmon
Ingredients:
1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup crab meat
1 salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
200g fettuccine pasta
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter and add Cajun seasoning. Sauté for 1 minute.
Add the seafood (lobster, crab, and salmon) to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese.
Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy this decadent seafood Alfredo!
