Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups grated cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon bacon grease (for frying)
Instructions:
Prepare the Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the grated cabbage, finely chopped onion, flour, salt, and pepper.
Add the beaten eggs and mix everything together until well combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky but hold together when spooned.
Heat the Skillet:
