I’ve been making these for so long that I no longer measure the powdered sugar. I just keep adding it until I reach the perfect consistency to roll them into smooth, round balls. Once shaped, I place them in the freezer for a few minutesโ€”this helps them hold their shape when dipping them into the rich, melted chocolate.

I use toothpicks to dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, leaving just a little peanut butter exposed to keep that signature Buckeye look. Then, I take the back of a spoon and carefully smooth over the hole left by the toothpick to give them a flawless finish.
