Ingredients

For the Fudge:

  • 21 ¼ ounces (about 600 g) white chocolate, chopped or in chips

  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon bubblegum extract (or more, to taste)

  • Pink and blue gel food coloring

  • Optional: edible glitter, sprinkles, or mini marshmallows for decoration


Directions

1. Prepare the Pan

  1. Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

  2. Lightly grease the parchment paper to prevent sticking.


2. Melt the Chocolate

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chopped white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

  2. Stir constantly until the mixture is fully melted and smooth. Avoid high heat to prevent burning.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, bubblegum extract, and salt.


3. Color the Fudge

  1. Divide the fudge into two or three bowls for a marbled effect.

  2. Tint each portion with a few drops of gel food coloring (pink, blue, or pastel purple).

  3. Gently swirl the colors together using a spatula or knife for a cloud-like effect. Avoid overmixing to maintain the marbled pattern.
