-
½ cup pineapple juice
-
¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup brown sugar (packed)
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
-
¼ cup pineapple chunks
-
1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water
🍽️ Directions
1️⃣ Prep the Wings
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Pat wings dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Bake Until Crispy
Arrange wings on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce
While wings bake, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
4️⃣ Thicken the Glaze
Mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Slowly whisk into the sauce and simmer until thick and glossy.
5️⃣ Add Pineapple
Stir pineapple chunks into the sauce and simmer for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
6️⃣ Coat the Wings
Transfer baked wings to a large bowl or skillet. Pour sauce over wings and toss until fully coated.
7️⃣ Finish & Serve
Return wings to oven for 5 minutes to caramelize, or serve immediately with extra sauce spooned on top.
