These Broccoli Cheese Patties are golden, crispy on the outside, and soft and cheesy on the inside. Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 large eggs

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

  • Olive oil or vegetable oil for frying

✨ Optional Add-Ins

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

  • Red pepper flakes for a little kick


Directions

  1. Steam or blanch broccoli florets for 3–4 minutes, then chop finely and let cool slightly.

  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings. Mix until well incorporated.

  3. Form mixture into small patties, about 2–3 inches in diameter.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.

  5. Carefully place patties in the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove patties and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch, aioli, or spicy mayo.
