Broccoli Cheese Balls

Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying (or cooking spray for baking)

Directions:
Preheat Oven (if baking): Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form Balls: Use your hands to shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Cooking Options:
For Frying: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the broccoli balls in batches until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
For Baking: Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray them with cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm as a snack or appetizer.
