Ingredients:
3 large eggs, separated

½ cup cottage cheese, blended until smooth

¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot powder (optional – adds structure)

1 teaspoon honey or a pinch of sweetener

¼ cup fresh blueberries (optional, for a fruity touch)

Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whip Egg Whites:
In a clean, dry bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Mix Yolks:
