BLT Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:
8 oz elbow macaroni or pasta of choice, cooked and drained
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
1 cup lettuce, shredded (Romaine or iceberg works well)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded (optional)
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook Pasta: Prepare the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, shredded lettuce, cheese, and green onions.
Prepare Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, white vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine and Toss: Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Toss again before serving for the best flavor.
