Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups Bisquick mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Add Chocolate Chips: Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Form Cookies: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are set. Keep an eye on them as baking times may vary slightly depending on your oven.
Cool: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
