Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tablespoons butter, melted
For the Sausage Gravy:
1 pound breakfast sausage
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Toppings:
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a large baking sheet or pizza pan.
Prepare the Biscuit Crust:
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, overlapping slightly to form a crust.
Press the dough together to seal any gaps between the biscuits.
Brush the biscuit crust with melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the biscuits are just starting to brown. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Make the Sausage Gravy:
While the biscuit crust is baking, cook the breakfast sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Continue to cook and stir until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Scrambled Eggs:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture.
Cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and just set. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Breakfast Pizza:
Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the baked biscuit crust.
Distribute the scrambled eggs evenly over the gravy.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the eggs.
Bake the Pizza:
Return the assembled pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
Slice and serve your Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza warm, and enjoy the combination of fluffy biscuits, savory sausage gravy, cheesy eggs, and melted cheese.
Storage:
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
