Big Mac Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced pickles
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10-12 egg roll wrappers
Oil, for frying
Big Mac Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp French dressing
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Make Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, sugar, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined, then refrigerate.
Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and diced onions until fully cooked and browned. Drain excess grease, and let the beef cool slightly.
Assemble Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, with one corner facing you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the center of the wrapper. Sprinkle with diced pickles and shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up the wrapper, folding in the sides and sealing the edge with a little water. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Fry the Egg Rolls: Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place egg rolls in the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve with Sauce: Serve the egg rolls warm with the Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.
