Big Mac Egg Rolls

Big Mac Egg Rolls

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup pickles, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
10 egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions:
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Mix Filling:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Prepare Egg Rolls:
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of the wrapper.
Roll the Egg Rolls:
Fold the corner closest to you over the filling. Tuck in the sides and roll away from you to form a tight roll. Seal the edge with a little water. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Heat Oil:
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the Egg Rolls:
Fry the egg rolls in batches, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve:
Serve the Big Mac egg rolls hot with extra mayonnaise, ketchup, or your favorite dipping sauce.
