Bang Bang Salmon Bites
Description
These Bang Bang Salmon Bites are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and tossed in a creamy, sweet-spicy bang bang sauce. They’re perfect as an appetizer, rice-bowl topping, or easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
For the Salmon

1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into bite-sized cubes

½ cup cornstarch

½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
Oil, for frying or air frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce

½ cup mayonnaise
-
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
-
1–2 Tbsp sriracha (to taste)

1 Tbsp honey or sugar
Optional Garnish

Green onions, sliced

Sesame seeds
Directions

Prep the Salmon
Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss with cornstarch until evenly coated. -
Cook the Salmon

Pan-Fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry salmon in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Air Fryer: Spray basket with oil. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.

Make the Bang Bang Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth. -
Toss & Serve
Gently toss warm salmon bites in the sauce or drizzle sauce over top. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
