Baklava Muffins

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup honey (for drizzling)

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.
Fill Muffin Tin: Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Drizzle with Honey: Allow the muffins to cool slightly, then drizzle with honey before serving.
