Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
4 medium baked potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
2 tbsp olive oil (for breadcrumbs, if using)

Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the Broccoli:
If using fresh broccoli, steam it for about 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp. If using frozen, thaw and drain it.
Mix Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cubed baked potatoes, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
Transfer to Baking Dish:
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Add Topping:
If using breadcrumbs, mix them with olive oil to coat. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs (and extra cheese, if desired) evenly over the casserole.
