👨🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven:
Preheat to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. -
Assemble the sticks:
Lay an eggroll wrapper like a diamond. Place 1 slice of ham in the center, then a mozzarella stick on top.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, then roll up tightly. Brush the top corner with beaten egg to seal. Repeat with all. -
Season & brush:
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush each roll with melted butter or olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning if using. -
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden brown and crispy. -
Cool & serve:
Let cool for a couple minutes (the cheese is lava-hot 😅). Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
