Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries Recipe
Ingredients:
3 large russet potatoes, peeled (optional) and cut into thin fries
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat the oven:
Set the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with non-stick cooking spray.
Prepare the potatoes:
Place the cut fries in a bowl of cold water and soak for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
Season the fries:
In a large bowl, toss the dried potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, ensuring they are well-coated.
Bake the fries:
Arrange the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
Add Parmesan and garnish:
While the fries are hot, sprinkle them with grated Parmesan cheese and toss to coat. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
Serve immediately:
Enjoy the Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries as a side dish or snack with your favorite dipping sauce.
