For the Chicken

2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

2 large eggs

2 tbsp milk or buttermilk
For the Hot Honey Glaze

¼ cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade with honey + hot sauce or chili flakes)

1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Baking Sheet
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with oil.
2. Prepare the Flour Coating
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
3. Coat the Chicken
Dip each chicken thigh into the egg mixture, then dredge in the seasoned flour, pressing gently to coat evenly. Shake off excess flour and place on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake the Chicken
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C) and golden brown and crispy.
