-
3 cups cooked white rice
🍳 Instructions
-
Brown the Beef
Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Season beef with 1½ tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning.
Add beef in batches and sear until deeply browned on all sides. Remove and set aside. -
Build the Flavor Base
In the same pot, add chopped onion and sauté 3–4 minutes until softened.
Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant. -
Create the Stew Base
Add tomato paste and cook 1 minute to deepen flavor.
Sprinkle in flour and stir well to coat the onions (this thickens the stew). -
Simmer Low & Slow
Slowly pour in beef broth while stirring to avoid lumps.
Add Worcestershire sauce, paprika, black pepper, remaining 1 tsp All-Purpose Seasoning, and Garlic Butter Seasoning.
Return beef to the pot. -
Add Veggies & Cook
Add potatoes and carrots. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer for 1½–2 hours, stirring occasionally, until beef is fork-tender. -
Finish Strong
Stir in green peas during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. -

Spoon hot stew generously over fluffy white rice and enjoy 😋🍚
