Bacon Cream Cheese Baked Spaghetti
Ingredients:
12 oz spaghetti
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the Spaghetti:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Spaghetti Bake:
Add the cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture, tossing until the pasta is evenly coated.
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread half of the marinara sauce over the bottom.
Layer the cream cheese-coated spaghetti over the marinara sauce in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top of the spaghetti.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake:
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the foil, sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Remove the baked spaghetti from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
