  • 1 yellow onion, diced

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped into large pieces

  • 9–12 lasagna noodles (oven-ready or cooked al dente)

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Creamy Cheese Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
