Bacon Cheeseburger Eggrolls

Bacon Cheeseburger Eggrolls

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
12 egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil, for frying
Optional: Pickles and lettuce, for garnish

Directions:
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Add Flavors:
Add the diced onion to the beef and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are well combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Prepare the Egg Rolls:
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of the wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll up tightly from the bottom corner, sealing the top edge with a bit of water.
Heat the Oil:
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Fry the Egg Rolls:
Fry the egg rolls in batches, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve:
Serve the egg rolls hot with your favorite dipping sauces. Optional: Garnish with pickles and lettuce for a true cheeseburger experience.
