Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Ketchup, mustard, and pickles for serving (optional)

Directions:
Cook the Ground Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess fat.
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Stir well to combine. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Prepare the Filling:
Once the beef mixture has cooled, mix in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Assemble the Bombs:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Flatten each biscuit dough piece with your hands or a rolling pin.
Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef and bacon mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit.
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching them together to seal the filling inside. Roll each filled biscuit into a ball.
Bake the Bombs:
Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using).
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Serve:
Serve the bacon cheeseburger bombs hot with ketchup, mustard, and pickles on the side, if desired.
