Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels

Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 packet ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
¼ cup green onions, chopped
2 tbsp sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Prepare the Filling:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise (if using). Stir until smooth and well-mixed.
Fold in crumbled bacon and chopped green onions. Season with a little salt and pepper if needed.
Spread and Roll:
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the cheese mixture over the entire tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll the tortilla up tightly to form a log. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cheese mixture.
Chill the Rolls:
Place the rolled tortillas on a plate and cover them with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the rolls to firm up.
Slice and Serve:
After chilling, remove the rolls from the fridge and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter.
Serve Immediately:
Serve the Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels as an appetizer, party snack, or lunch.
