Makes 2 large slices of toast

For the Mushrooms:

  • 250–300 g chestnut mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves

  • Black pepper, to taste

For the Toast:

  • 2 thick slices of your favorite bread (sourdough works beautifully)

🍽️ Directions

1️⃣ Prep the Mushrooms

Clean and slice mushrooms.
