Apple Pie Bombs
Full Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury)
2 cups (300g) apple pie filling
1 teaspoon (5g) ground cinnamon
¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon (15ml) vanilla extract
Optional: Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling:
In a medium bowl, combine the apple pie filling and ground cinnamon. Stir until the cinnamon is evenly distributed.

Roll Out the Biscuits:
Open the cans of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin until they are about ¼ inch thick.

Fill the Biscuits:
Place about 1 tablespoon of the apple pie filling in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Seal the Bombs:
Gather the edges of the biscuit and pinch them together to seal the filling inside. Ensure they are well sealed to prevent leaking during baking.

Coat with Butter and Sugar:
Dip each sealed bomb into the melted butter, then roll in granulated sugar to coat. Place the bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy your warm Apple Pie Bombs!
