¼ cup pumpkin purée
1 large egg
2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk

Preheat Air Fryer – Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease the basket or use parchment liners.
Make the Batter – In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin spice. In another bowl, mix brown sugar, pumpkin purée, egg, melted butter, vanilla, and milk. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
Shape the Donut Holes – Scoop about 1 tablespoon of batter and roll into balls (lightly flour hands if sticky).
Air Fry – Arrange in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
