🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices (chips or spears cut in half)

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Optional Dipping Sauces

  • Ranch dressing

  • Spicy mayo

  • Honey mustard


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Pickles

  • Drain pickles and pat very dry with paper towels (important for crispiness).


2️⃣ Set Up Breading Station

  1. Bowl 1: Flour

  2. Bowl 2: Beaten eggs

  3. Bowl 3: Panko + garlic powder + paprika + black pepper


3️⃣ Bread the Pickles

  • Coat each pickle slice in flour.

  • Dip into egg, letting excess drip off.

  • Press into panko mixture until fully coated.


4️⃣ Air Fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

  • Lightly spray basket with oil.
