1 cup dill pickle slices (chips or spears cut in half)

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

½ teaspoon paprika (optional)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Pickles

Drain pickles and pat very dry with paper towels (important for crispiness).
2️⃣ Set Up Breading Station

Bowl 1: Flour

Bowl 2: Beaten eggs

Bowl 3: Panko + garlic powder + paprika + black pepper
3️⃣ Bread the Pickles

Coat each pickle slice in flour.

Dip into egg, letting excess drip off.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

Lightly spray basket with oil.
