Air Fryer Chicken and Ham Wraps

Ingredients:

Flour tortillas (4 large)
Cooked chicken breast (1 cup, shredded or sliced)
Deli ham (4 slices)
Swiss or cheddar cheese (4 slices)
Lettuce (1 cup, shredded)
Tomato (1, diced)
Mayonnaise (¼ cup)
Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Olive oil spray (for air fryer)

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
2. Lay out the tortillas and spread the mayo-mustard mixture over each.
3. Layer with shredded chicken, a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, shredded lettuce, and diced tomato.
4. Season with a little salt and pepper.
5. Roll up each tortilla tightly like a burrito, folding in the sides as you go.
6. Lightly spray the wraps with olive oil.
7. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket seam-side down.
8. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
9. Let cool slightly, then slice in half and serve.
