Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp pickle relish
Salt and pepper, to taste
12 egg roll wrappers
Cooking spray
Directions:
Prepare Filling: In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain any excess grease. Stir in shredded cheese, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let cool slightly.
Assemble Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Add 2-3 tbsp of the cheeseburger filling in the center. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place in the air fryer basket, seam-side down. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or mayo.
