Chicken Philly Cheese Steaks

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 hoagie rolls or sandwich buns
4 slices provolone cheese
1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)

Directions:
Prepare Chicken and Veggies: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Assemble Sandwiches: Preheat the broiler. Divide the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly among the hoagie rolls. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese.
Broil: Place the sandwiches under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
Serve: Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the rolls if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
