Creamy Beef and Shells

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz medium pasta shells
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Cook Pasta: Boil pasta shells in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add Onion and Garlic: Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add Sauce and Seasoning: Stir in tomato sauce, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and let cook for 5-7 minutes.
Make it Creamy: Stir in heavy cream and cooked pasta. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
