Roasted Garlic Butter Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or thyme)
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare Potatoes: Cut the baby potatoes in half and place them in a large bowl.
Make Garlic Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, dried rosemary, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss Potatoes: Pour the garlic butter mixture over the halved potatoes, tossing to coat evenly.
Roast Potatoes: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, flipping halfway through.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
