Million Dollar Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
2 tbsp butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded chicken and cooked spaghetti until well coated.
Assemble: Transfer the chicken spaghetti mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Topping: In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Serve: Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
