Garlic Steak and Potato Foil Packs

Garlic Steak and Potato Foil Packs

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 lb (450g) baby potatoes, halved or quartered
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:

Prepare the Foil Packs:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using the oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C).
Cut large sheets of aluminum foil, about 12 inches square.
Season the Steak and Potatoes:
In a large bowl, combine the cubed steak and halved baby potatoes.
Add olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
Assemble the Foil Packs:
Divide the steak and potato mixture evenly among the foil sheets.
Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture and then fold the ends up to create a sealed packet.
Cook the Foil Packs:
Place the foil packs on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the potatoes are tender.
If using the oven, place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Serve:
Carefully open the foil packs (watch out for steam). Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Serve directly from the foil or transfer to plates.
