Ingredients:
For the Salad:
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
For the Dressing:
1 (8 oz) container of sour cream
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

Directions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts (if using).
Make the Dressing:
In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, orange marmalade, vanilla extract, and honey (if using). Stir until smooth and well combined.
Combine:
Gently fold the dressing into the fruit and marshmallow mixture until everything is well coated.
Chill:
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill.
Serve:
Before serving, you can stir in the shredded coconut if desired.
