Ingredients:
– 1 kg (2.2 lbs) yuca (cassava), peeled and grated
– 200 ml (7 oz) coconut milk
– 100g (3.5 oz) butter, melted
– 200g (7 oz) sugar
– 3 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
– Optional: grated coconut or cheese for topping

Instructions:
1. **Preheat Oven:** Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. **Prepare Yuca:** Peel and grate the yuca. Place the grated yuca in a large mixing bowl.
3. **Mix Ingredients:** Add the coconut milk, melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon to the grated yuca. Mix everything until well combined.
4. **Prepare Baking Dish:** Grease a baking dish (approximately 9×13 inches) with butter or oil. Pour the yuca mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
5. **Add Toppings (Optional):** If you like, sprinkle grated coconut or cheese on top of the mixture for added flavor and texture.
6. **Bake:** Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
