Crab Rangoon Dip
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cooked crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Wonton chips or tortilla chips, for serving
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or a similar baking dish.
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and well blended.
Stir in the cooked crab meat, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and minced garlic.
Season:
Add the soy sauce, sesame oil (if using), Worcestershire sauce, ground ginger, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Transfer to Baking Dish:
Spread the crab mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
Serve warm with wonton chips or tortilla chips for dipping.
